My grandmother bought my youngest son, Finn, this stuffed raccoon when he was a new born. I have photos of him in the hospital with him. He hasn't got a grand name just "Raccoonie". He used to take him whenever he went away. Those days are gone, and Raccoonie is left behind with the other toys.
I love seeing photos of raccoons and one day hope to see a real one.
Nice picture. i'm not sure if the vignette is deliberate or not, but i think it works well here.
ReplyDeleteCute! When I was 4 or 5 my parents raised 2 orphan raccoons. What I remember best about them is my grandmother freaking out because one of them got loose and jumped up on her lap while we were visiting. lol
ReplyDeletePoor racoon. We have a Mickey Mouse who has been abandoned. But at leadt the racoon is in safe loving hand. Me wonders where this was taken. On a table in your garden?? - if so it looks like you have nice views.
ReplyDeleteAaaww, he's too cute. I love the leading lines of the bench or whatever he is sitting on. Makes for a great way to focus the attention on him. Greath job.
ReplyDeleteI love this shot! It draws me in...right to the raccoon!
ReplyDeleteI love the texture of this. Nicely done.
ReplyDeleteI really like the angle you've chosen for this one!
